菲沙2015年BC省中學排行榜

菲沙研究所（Fraser Institute）2013-2014年BC省中學排行榜。今年的前十名和往年一樣，都是由私立中學奪得。今年並列第一的是溫西私立女子中學York House和Little Flower，兩所中學都以10分列在榜首。而排名第三的是素里市的Southridge私立中學。

菲沙2015年安省中學排名完整名單

2015年安省中學排名 

加拿大權威機構菲沙研究所（4月19日）公布了2015年度安省中學排名，該排名是根據7學術指標來綜合評分，包括安省年度讀寫和數學技能考核的數據，排名第一獲得10分滿分的是渥太華的一間首度上榜的Minto中學（Centre professionnel et technique Minto Catholic），它是一間法語天主教中學，專註於職業培訓的中學。

今年的排名一共包括安省749間中學，不但包括安省公校級天主教中學，還有一些私立高中也加入。例如排名第二的是加拿大久負盛名的私立女校-海福格爾學院（Havergal College），今年首度參與便獲得9.4分的高分。

而公校及天主教中學中，約克區（包括列治文山及萬錦市）的中學成績非常特出，華人聚居處的中學的今年成績普遍優異，排名前列。

例如，傳統名校灣景中學（Bayview S.S）今年繼續取得非常優異的成績，以9.2分排在第4位。而萬錦市的Marville中學今年繼續一鳴驚人，同樣以9.2分排在與灣景中學並列第四。

萬錦的特魯多中學（Pierre Elliott Trudeau）、於人村中學（Unionville）、Bur Oak中學以及列治文山中學（Richmond Hill High School）今年的成績都是8.9分，排列排在第9位。

多倫多的傳統名校聖邁克爾合唱團天主教中學（    St Michael』s Choir）今年得分是8.8分，排在17名。另一傳統名校Earl Haig中學與康山的St Robert天主教中學同得8.5分，排在29名。

士嘉堡的白求恩中學（Dr Norman Bethune）今年的得分是7.8分，排名86位。愛靜閣中學（Agincourt）、萬錦中學（Markham District）以及康山中學（Thornhill S.S）今年得分都是7.6分，並列排在119位。

加拿大聯邦政府不設教育部，教育由各省負責。由於加拿大地域廣闊，各省之間經濟發展水平差別較大, 各省建立了適合本地發展、相對獨立的教育體制。加拿大高等教育總體上保持了較高的水準，每年吸引眾多國際學生前往求學和深造。

加拿大政府認可的高等教育機構主要分為大學和學院。絕大多數大學都是公立的。攻讀本科一般需要3-4年時間，碩士研究生需要1-2年，博士研究生需要3年。各類學院側重培養應用型專業技術人才，一般提供大專文憑和各種證書課程，學制2至3年，不頒發學位；部分學校也開設學制1至2年的課程，完成學業後可轉入正規大學二、三年級繼續攻讀本科課程。

加拿大大學在世界名列前茅； 

加拿大屬於北美教育體系，全球認可的高質量教育體系。加拿大對院校教育質量管理非常嚴格，是公信度最好的國家。因此加拿大的文憑是受到各國認可，全球通用的。

國際學生的學費以及生活費用相對世界水平較低； 

加拿大的學費及生活費較美國、英國低三分之一。整體費用15-20萬人民幣/年（含學費+生活費），同樣可以被廣大工薪階層家庭所接受。

優越的社會保險系統；

學生只需交少量的保險費用，便可以享受免費的醫療服務

大部分的院校接受「語言+主課的雙錄取」 模式

越來越多加拿大院校為了幫助留學生過語言關，提供免托福或雅思的有條件錄取，也叫「雙錄取」。即使國際學生缺少語言成績，只要文化專業課合格，大學就會給學生同時發出兩份錄取通知：一份是該校或者該校指定的語言中心的錄取通知書，另一份是該校的本科有條件錄取通知書。（參考加拿大院校的雙錄取模式 ）

留學與移民一步到位

加拿大本科教育兼顧英國的嚴謹和傳統，同時又融合美國的靈活和個性，大部分學制四年，畢業後可自動獲得三年的工作簽證，學生在本科畢業後一年以上可以申請移民，可申請移民。

符合條件的學生可以通過校外工作獲得寶貴的加拿大工作經驗；

2014年9月起，持有學生簽證的留學生，不用再像過去需要申請校外工作簽證，便能每周工作20小時，假期沒有時間限制。兼職期間，學生將依照法規，受到所在省政府最低時薪的工資保障。

加拿大本科教育規劃

國際留學生的本科申請主要涉及了幾項內容：

加拿大院校的「雙錄取」模式

對於中國的留學生，進入加拿大大學學習均要求提供托福或雅思成績。但大多數的高中畢業生都沒有托福或雅思成績，或者語言成績達不到加拿大大學的要求(雅思6～6.5分)。這就成為了中國高中生申請加拿大本科入學的難點。越來越多加拿大大學為了幫助留學生過語言關，提供免托福或雅思的有條件錄取，也叫「雙錄取」。即使國際學生缺少語言成績，只要文化專業課合格，大學就會給學生同時發出兩份錄取通知：一份是該校或者該校指定的語言中心的錄取通知書，另一份是該校的本科有條件錄取通知書。學生入學之後，先進入語言中心學習英語，也就是面向國際學生的ESL課程;一旦通過了語言中心的結業考核，可以直接進入本科學習，無需另行申請。

近年來，這種「雙錄取」以其獨特的優勢受到越來越多留學生及家長的歡迎。

首先，「雙錄取」院校的開學時間非常靈活，它打破了一般大學9 月份開學的死板模式。語言中心大都在1、5、9月都可入學，使許多高考成績不理想的學生能夠及時申請世界名校。事實證明，大多數努力的中國留學生都可以在半年語言學習後通過語言中心的畢業考試，從而順利進入下一年九月的本科學習。

其次，在學習語言的過程中，學生可以有針對性地加強對相關知識的累積，為將來專業課的學習做好前期準備。現在有些「雙錄取」院校已經或正在考慮允許留學生在學語言的同時選修部分大學學分，這樣不僅可以縮短以後專業課的學習時間，也為家長節省了一部分學費，可謂一舉多得。

值得一提的是，加拿大語言中心普遍採用小班授課，再加上寄宿家庭的生活環境和頻繁的學校及社區活動，為國際學生提供了一個全浸泡式的語言學習空間，比在國內上托福雅思班效果好得多。最重要的一點，學習語言也是學生一個適應和緩衝的過程，學生初到異國進行學習會覺得不適應，包括學習方式、生活習俗等，因為沒有專業課的壓力，可以利用學習語言的時間來調整。不至於直接進入專業課學習時，為學習的壓力大而苦惱、為環境的適應而發愁。在國內取得語言成績的中國學生大多深有感觸，儘管他們的托福或雅思成績在國內已經合格，出國後還是需要一段額外時間適應外語生活。而「雙錄取」的學生在這一點上擁有了相對便利的條件。

♥ 優勢

一、教育局統一管理，安全可靠。

加拿大公立中學根據地區劃分學區，由該學區的教育局統一受理申請進行管理。教育局對下屬中小學進行統一標準的管理，且設有專門的國際學生部，隨時負責協調學生的各種問題，家長更安心。

二、學校選擇多，規模大。

加拿大公立中學數量達上百所，可根據學生的不同需求和地區進行選擇。無論從地理位置，氣候特點，語言環境均可根據學生特點滿足不同的需求。

三、費用合理，性價比高。

加拿大公立中學學費僅約為6-8萬人民幣，甚至遠低於國內的國際學校費用，性價非常高。

四、無需英文考試，即可申請。

公立中學在申請的時候不需要學生提交雅思，托福或者SSAT類的考試成績，申請周期短，春季秋季均可入學。

五、與本土學生一起享受全英語言。

加拿大公立中學是加拿大本土學生選擇的主要中學類型，學校會嚴格控制國際學生人數，小班授課，非常容易融入當地學生學習環境。

六、可以拿加拿大高中畢業證 。

♦劣勢

一、嚴格規定
公立中學有些規定不是十分靈活，比如申請名額的限制非常嚴格。一旦本季或者本學校招生名額滿，就會截止申請，沒有商量餘地。所以，當申請人比較多的時候，就會導致有一部分學生選不到理想的學校。因此，想要申請加拿大公立中學的學生一定要提早申請。
二、不提供宿舍
加拿大公立中學不提供住校，學生一定要住在寄宿家庭或者親戚家才可以。這可能對於一些初到國外的學生，生活起居方面會有些不適應。
三、授課時間短
公立中學授課時間為早九點到下午三點左右。學生擁有相對自由的課餘時間，自行安排學習內容，可以去圖書館學習、打籃球、逛街，但對於一些自律性比較弱的學生，下課後學生到什麼地方老師就沒辦法監管了。

加拿大公立中學每年有兩次開學，分別是2月和9月，國際學生名額有限，一般提早一年開始申請。

加拿大私立中學解讀

♥ 優勢

一、名校升學率高，師資先進。

加拿大私立中學均有百年以上歷史，教學設備設施均為世界一流，師資力量雄厚，嚴格遵循培養精英人才的教學傳統與理念，學生畢業後絕大部分可入讀美加名校。

二、主流社會環境，易於人脈積累。

學生大多來自加拿大當地的優等或上層家庭，而國際學生融入當地社會，結交朋友的最佳時機，往往是在中學階段更容易。在此環境中學習成長，對於未來學生在當地社會的發展能夠打下更紮實的基礎。

三、培養精英的搖籃

私立高中非常重視對孩子領導力的培養以及綜合能力的開發，在此環境中學習成長，學生無論是氣質熏陶，還是自信心的培養都會受益良多。

四、與美國私立中學相比，申請更容易。

加拿大的私立中學有部分是不需要提供SSAT成績的，只需要參加面試即可，與美國私立中學相比更加靈活，申請也更為容易。私立中學對國內的學分比較認可，基本能100%轉換中國的學分，學生可以根據國內所修學分轉入相對應年級。

五、提供宿舍
私立中學提供在校住宿，封閉式的教學也在一定程度上對學生起到約束的作用，學生可以專心學習或者參與校內活動。住宿也有統一老師全面負責，並且定期跟家長彙報。私立高中各項服務比較周全，對國際學生十分照顧，對於獨立性較弱、語言能力較弱的小留學生來說較為舒適。

♦劣勢

一、國際學生多
私立高中在國際學生名額上沒有嚴格的限制，所以來自世界各地的學生會佔有較大比例，語言環境會略比公立學校低一些。

二、學費略高
私立中學的學費一般情況下，都會比公立中學的學費高一些。有些私立中學的學費較低，和公立中學不相上下，但是有的私立中學的學費就會在2萬-5萬之間，甚至更多。
三、封閉式管理
大部分的私立院校都採用封閉式的管理方式，學生的學習和生活都集中的學校範圍之內，雖然可以保證學生的學習質量，實際上卻從另一方便減弱了留學的意義，尤其是對當地文化的融入。

⇒ 開學時間：

加拿大私立中學絕大多數一般一年只有9月一次開學，且一般需要提早一年開始，通常申請9月入學的學生，申請在前一年的12月初基本截止了，所以計劃申請私立中學的學生，務必提早進行。註：想要申請加拿大私立中學獎學金的學生，則需要更早開始，建議前一年6月開始諮詢，準備相應考試。

加拿大中學教育規劃

8-12年級的學生進入了面臨準備大學申請的階段。對於這個年級段的孩子而言，他們的需求主要有以下方面：

  1. 大學申請
  2. 課外活動安排

對於8-10年級的學生而言，該階段是學生趕上學習進度的最佳時間。對於許多剛到加拿大留學的國際學生來說，面臨新學制和新的環境總會有許多的不適應。通過8-10年級的學習過渡，學生能更了解加拿大的評分機制和畢業要求，以期在10、11和12年級完成省考和修到優秀的分數。此外，學生通過10年級之前的學習，能更好地了解自己的強項和弱項，通過課外的補習和參加課外活動或暑期課程去增強自己強項，儘可能地彌補自己的短板。

國際留學生往往會遇到語言障礙，從而影響自信心和英語科目的成績。因此，我們建議學生在考慮留學時應儘早安排出國，一來可能更容易地融入當地的環境，增強未來的自信心；二來能有更多地時間通過ESL課程提高自己的英文能力。

加拿大的大學在招生時主要考察學生的11和12年級的成績和省考成績。另外，國際留學生還需要注意，部分著名加拿大大學會特別說明學生需要跳出ESL課程2-3年才不需要提供額外的語言成績。因此，在準備申請時，請落實好自己是否需要考托福或雅思，以免之後被要求補充材料，耽誤申請。

8-12年級的學生需要有針對性地安排課外活動，主要有以下幾個方面：

  1. 課外的ESL語言補習，以期儘快跳出ESL，修讀正常課程（10、11、12年級英文）

薩省簡介

附錄 1：2015年 薩省無僱主傳統類別和無僱主EE類別評分標準 

備註：無僱主省提名傳統類別和無僱主省提名EE類別的總分都是100分，通過分都是60分，但是如果申請EE類別，除了達到薩省省提名的60分，還要滿足聯邦的67分。對於無僱主傳統類別和無僱主EE類別評分標準基本相同，只有語言加分項有細微差別，無僱主傳統類別的申請人雅思達到CLB4可以加12分，但是在EE類別中無法加分。

曼省省提名技術移民

曼省簡介

曼尼托巴省(Manitoba ，簡稱曼省 )位於加拿大中心地區，是加拿大中部草原三省之一，是加拿大中南部的一個重要省份，素有「加拿大陽光之都」的美譽。曼省(Manitoba）氣候四季分明，冬季氣候較冷，夏季溫暖，6-8月的午後平均溫度為25℃，而在冬季白天的氣溫一般在0℃以上。曼省(Manitoba）東靠安大略省，南接美國，西臨溫哥華，省會溫尼泊（Winnipeg）是這兩個城市之間最大的集散中心。

曼省面積為649,950平方公里，是加拿大的第五大省，官方語言主要為英語。曼省人口118.67萬（2007年最新數據），其中外來移民人口達到151,230人，移民人口占曼省人口的13.34%，截止到2006年，曼省人口來源國已超過 100 個國家。

曼省一半以上的省民居住在首府城市 – 溫尼伯（Winnipeg），溫尼伯(Winnipeg city)是加拿大第七大城市，人口約有64萬（2006年數據），是加拿大最大的穀物市場和重要的牲畜貿易中心。曼省的支柱產業為製造業，其次是農業、建築、水電和採礦業。

曼省省提名技術移民分為曼省國際留學畢業生類別和曼省技術工人移民這兩大類別

一般我們說的曼省留學移民項目主要是指：曼省國際留學畢業生類別International Education Stream （IES）和曼省境內技術工人類別Skilled Worker in Manitoba Stream （SWM）。

曼省留學生類別 International Education Stream (IES)

該類別要求曼省的畢業生，完成一年以上的曼省留學課程後，獲得一年曼省緊缺職業的僱主offer，雅思達到4個6分，則可以直接遞交移民申請（不需要工作經驗，周期非常快）；如果獲得曼省碩博學位，並且參加了曼省Mitacs的Accelerate或Elevate任一實習項目（Mitacs是一個全國性的非盈利組織，在大學和企業之間建立夥伴關係，並從曼省政府獲得活動資金）則不需要找到僱主offer可以直接移民。

職業就業類 Career Employment Pathway

申請條件:

過去3年中，在曼省完成1年課程，畢業3年內申請

英語CLB7( 雅思4個6)

曼省至少一年、與專業相關、緊缺職業的僱主 offer

碩博留學生實習類 Graduate Internship Pathway

申請條件:

曼省碩博學位，畢業3年內申請

英語CLB7( 雅思4個6)

在曼省完成Mitacs組織提供的企業實習，不需要僱主 offer

留學生企業家類 Student Entrepreneur Pathway

申請條件:

21-35周歲

曼省2年全日制學習，不限制畢業年限

英語CLB7 (雅思4個6）

在曼省持工簽創業6個月，佔51%以上股份

曼省境內技術工人類別Skilled Worker in Manitoba Stream （SWM）

曼省留學的申請人畢業後移民申請條件：

1. 語言要求：NOC 0, A, or B 的職業類別：CLB 5 （雅思G類聽讀寫說5 4 5 5）

2. 工作時間要求：

曼省留學畢業生畢業後找到緊缺職業, 但並不與所學專業相關的畢業生，需從事持續6個月曼省緊缺職業工作才能申請

Manitoba Graduates in occupations on Manitoba』s published In-demand Occupations list who have worked a minimum of 6 months in Manitoba (the job is not necessarily related to your field of study);

如果從事工作為非曼省緊缺職業，需要至少工作12個月後申請

International Students: Manitoba Graduates in occupations not on Manitoba』s published In-demand Occupations list who have worked a minimum of 12 months in Manitoba.

3. 獲得曼省僱主（僱主必須滿足一定的條件） 的永久全職職位的聘書

外省畢業的留學生申請條件

如果是在其他省畢業的留學生，需要持工簽在曼省緊缺職業上工作12個月才可以

Requirements for International Students from other provinces: If you graduated from a post-secondary program in another Canadian province and want to apply to the MPNP for Skilled Workers under this category because you』ve been offered a job in Manitoba, to be eligible you must first have been working for that Manitoba employer for at least one year.

新未來持牌移民顧問：該類別要求讀最少一年課程後,  需要工作半年（曼省緊缺職業）或1年（非曼省緊缺職業）才能遞交申請。這就意味著，申請人一畢業必須馬上找工作，工作半年後（曼省緊缺職業）提交申請，省提名一般6個月左右。因此只讀一年課程，只拿一年的畢業工簽，時間非常緊張。該類別建議讀2年或以上課程，獲得3年畢業後工簽比較妥當。

曼省留學移民一般流程和周期

  • 申請旅遊簽證
  • 前往加拿大讀語言（2-5個月），申請學簽-旅遊簽轉學簽（1-2個月）
  • 入讀專業課程（12個月左右）
  • 畢業後找到曼省緊缺職業的僱主offer（或獲得了曼省碩博學位）；同時雅思達到4個6分，不需工作經驗直接申請。（移民平均審理時間18個月左右）

留學+移民，總共周期大概三年左右拿到移民身份。
