菲沙2015年BC省中学排行榜

菲沙研究所（Fraser Institute）2013-2014年BC省中学排行榜。今年的前十名和往年一样，都是由私立中学夺得。今年并列第一的是温西私立女子中学York House和Little Flower，两所中学都以10分列在榜首。而排名第三的是素里市的Southridge私立中学。

菲沙2015年安省中学排名完整名单

2015年安省中学排名 

加拿大权威机构菲沙研究所（4月19日）公布了2015年度安省中学排名，该排名是根据7学术指标来综合评分，包括安省年度读写和数学技能考核的数据，排名第一获得10分满分的是渥太华的一间首度上榜的Minto中学（Centre professionnel et technique Minto Catholic），它是一间法语天主教中学，专注于职业培训的中学。

今年的排名一共包括安省749间中学，不但包括安省公校级天主教中学，还有一些私立高中也加入。例如排名第二的是加拿大久负盛名的私立女校-海福格尔学院（Havergal College），今年首度参与便获得9.4分的高分。

而公校及天主教中学中，约克区（包括列治文山及万锦市）的中学成绩非常特出，华人聚居处的中学的今年成绩普遍优异，排名前列。

例如，传统名校湾景中学（Bayview S.S）今年继续取得非常优异的成绩，以9.2分排在第4位。而万锦市的Marville中学今年继续一鸣惊人，同样以9.2分排在与湾景中学并列第四。

万锦的特鲁多中学（Pierre Elliott Trudeau）、于人村中学（Unionville）、Bur Oak中学以及列治文山中学（Richmond Hill High School）今年的成绩都是8.9分，排列排在第9位。

多伦多的传统名校圣迈克尔合唱团天主教中学（    St Michael’s Choir）今年得分是8.8分，排在17名。另一传统名校Earl Haig中学与康山的St Robert天主教中学同得8.5分，排在29名。

士嘉堡的白求恩中学（Dr Norman Bethune）今年的得分是7.8分，排名86位。爱静阁中学（Agincourt）、万锦中学（Markham District）以及康山中学（Thornhill S.S）今年得分都是7.6分，并列排在119位。

加拿大联邦政府不设教育部，教育由各省负责。由于加拿大地域广阔，各省之间经济发展水平差别较大, 各省建立了适合本地发展、相对独立的教育体制。加拿大高等教育总体上保持了较高的水准，每年吸引众多国际学生前往求学和深造。

加拿大政府认可的高等教育机构主要分为大学和学院。绝大多数大学都是公立的。攻读本科一般需要3-4年时间，硕士研究生需要1-2年，博士研究生需要3年。各类学院侧重培养应用型专业技术人才，一般提供大专文凭和各种证书课程，学制2至3年，不颁发学位；部分学校也开设学制1至2年的课程，完成学业后可转入正规大学二、三年级继续攻读本科课程。

大部分的院校接受“语言+主课的双录取” 模式

越来越多加拿大院校为了帮助留学生过语言关，提供免托福或雅思的有条件录取，也叫“双录取”。即使国际学生缺少语言成绩，只要文化专业课合格，大学就会给学生同时发出两份录取通知：一份是该校或者该校指定的语言中心的录取通知书，另一份是该校的本科有条件录取通知书。（参考加拿大院校的双录取模式 ）

留学与移民一步到位

加拿大本科教育兼顾英国的严谨和传统，同时又融合美国的灵活和个性，大部分学制四年，毕业后可自动获得三年的工作签证，学生在本科毕业后一年以上可以申请移民，可申请移民。

2014年9月起，持有学生签证的留学生，不用再像过去需要申请校外工作签证，便能每周工作20小时，假期没有时间限制。兼职期间，学生将依照法规，受到所在省政府最低时薪的工资保障。

加拿大本科教育规划

国际留学生的本科申请主要涉及了几项内容：

加拿大院校的“双录取”模式

对于中国的留学生，进入加拿大大学学习均要求提供托福或雅思成绩。但大多数的高中毕业生都没有托福或雅思成绩，或者语言成绩达不到加拿大大学的要求(雅思6～6.5分)。这就成为了中国高中生申请加拿大本科入学的难点。越来越多加拿大大学为了帮助留学生过语言关，提供免托福或雅思的有条件录取，也叫“双录取”。即使国际学生缺少语言成绩，只要文化专业课合格，大学就会给学生同时发出两份录取通知：一份是该校或者该校指定的语言中心的录取通知书，另一份是该校的本科有条件录取通知书。学生入学之后，先进入语言中心学习英语，也就是面向国际学生的ESL课程;一旦通过了语言中心的结业考核，可以直接进入本科学习，无需另行申请。

近年来，这种“双录取”以其独特的优势受到越来越多留学生及家长的欢迎。

首先，“双录取”院校的开学时间非常灵活，它打破了一般大学9 月份开学的死板模式。语言中心大都在1、5、9月都可入学，使许多高考成绩不理想的学生能够及时申请世界名校。事实证明，大多数努力的中国留学生都可以在半年语言学习后通过语言中心的毕业考试，从而顺利进入下一年九月的本科学习。

其次，在学习语言的过程中，学生可以有针对性地加强对相关知识的累积，为将来专业课的学习做好前期准备。现在有些“双录取”院校已经或正在考虑允许留学生在学语言的同时选修部分大学学分，这样不仅可以缩短以后专业课的学习时间，也为家长节省了一部分学费，可谓一举多得。

值得一提的是，加拿大语言中心普遍采用小班授课，再加上寄宿家庭的生活环境和频繁的学校及社区活动，为国际学生提供了一个全浸泡式的语言学习空间，比在国内上托福雅思班效果好得多。最重要的一点，学习语言也是学生一个适应和缓冲的过程，学生初到异国进行学习会觉得不适应，包括学习方式、生活习俗等，因为没有专业课的压力，可以利用学习语言的时间来调整。不至于直接进入专业课学习时，为学习的压力大而苦恼、为环境的适应而发愁。在国内取得语言成绩的中国学生大多深有感触，尽管他们的托福或雅思成绩在国内已经合格，出国后还是需要一段额外时间适应外语生活。而“双录取”的学生在这一点上拥有了相对便利的条件。

一、教育局统一管理，安全可靠。

加拿大公立中学根据地区划分学区，由该学区的教育局统一受理申请进行管理。教育局对下属中小学进行统一标准的管理，且设有专门的国际学生部，随时负责协调学生的各种问题，家长更安心。

二、学校选择多，规模大。

加拿大公立中学数量达上百所，可根据学生的不同需求和地区进行选择。无论从地理位置，气候特点，语言环境均可根据学生特点满足不同的需求。

三、费用合理，性价比高。

加拿大公立中学学费仅约为6-8万人民币，甚至远低于国内的国际学校费用，性价非常高。

四、无需英文考试，即可申请。

公立中学在申请的时候不需要学生提交雅思，托福或者SSAT类的考试成绩，申请周期短，春季秋季均可入学。

五、与本土学生一起享受全英语言。

加拿大公立中学是加拿大本土学生选择的主要中学类型，学校会严格控制国际学生人数，小班授课，非常容易融入当地学生学习环境。

六、可以拿加拿大高中毕业证 。
学生在加拿大读公立高中，毕业之后可获得加拿大高中毕业证，这样在未来申请大学时，和本地学生有同等的申请条件，可以申请任意一所大学。

♦劣势

一、严格规定
公立中学有些规定不是十分灵活，比如申请名额的限制非常严格。一旦本季或者本学校招生名额满，就会截止申请，没有商量余地。所以，当申请人比较多的时候，就会导致有一部分学生选不到理想的学校。因此，想要申请加拿大公立中学的学生一定要提早申请。
二、不提供宿舍
加拿大公立中学不提供住校，学生一定要住在寄宿家庭或者亲戚家才可以。这可能对于一些初到国外的学生，生活起居方面会有些不适应。
三、授课时间短
公立中学授课时间为早九点到下午三点左右。学生拥有相对自由的课余时间，自行安排学习内容，可以去图书馆学习、打篮球、逛街，但对于一些自律性比较弱的学生，下课后学生到什么地方老师就没办法监管了。

加拿大公立中学每年有两次开学，分别是2月和9月，国际学生名额有限，一般提早一年开始申请。

♥ 优势

一、名校升学率高，师资先进。

二、主流社会环境，易于人脉积累。

五、提供宿舍
私立中学提供在校住宿，封闭式的教学也在一定程度上对学生起到约束的作用，学生可以专心学习或者参与校内活动。住宿也有统一老师全面负责，并且定期跟家长汇报。私立高中各项服务比较周全，对国际学生十分照顾，对于独立性较弱、语言能力较弱的小留学生来说较为舒适。

♦劣势

一、国际学生多
私立高中在国际学生名额上没有严格的限制，所以来自世界各地的学生会占有较大比例，语言环境会略比公立学校低一些。

二、学费略高
私立中学的学费一般情况下，都会比公立中学的学费高一些。有些私立中学的学费较低，和公立中学不相上下，但是有的私立中学的学费就会在2万-5万之间，甚至更多。
三、封闭式管理
大部分的私立院校都采用封闭式的管理方式，学生的学习和生活都集中的学校范围之内，虽然可以保证学生的学习质量，实际上却从另一方便减弱了留学的意义，尤其是对当地文化的融入。

⇒ 开学时间：

加拿大私立中学绝大多数一般一年只有9月一次开学，且一般需要提早一年开始，通常申请9月入学的学生，申请在前一年的12月初基本截止了，所以计划申请私立中学的学生，务必提早进行。注：想要申请加拿大私立中学奖学金的学生，则需要更早开始，建议前一年6月开始咨询，准备相应考试。

8-12年级的学生进入了面临准备大学申请的阶段。对于这个年级段的孩子而言，他们的需求主要有以下方面：

  1. 大学申请
  2. 课外活动安排

对于8-10年级的学生而言，该阶段是学生赶上学习进度的最佳时间。对于许多刚到加拿大留学的国际学生来说，面临新学制和新的环境总会有许多的不适应。通过8-10年级的学习过渡，学生能更了解加拿大的评分机制和毕业要求，以期在10、11和12年级完成省考和修到优秀的分数。此外，学生通过10年级之前的学习，能更好地了解自己的强项和弱项，通过课外的补习和参加课外活动或暑期课程去增强自己强项，尽可能地弥补自己的短板。

国际留学生往往会遇到语言障碍，从而影响自信心和英语科目的成绩。因此，我们建议学生在考虑留学时应尽早安排出国，一来可能更容易地融入当地的环境，增强未来的自信心；二来能有更多地时间通过ESL课程提高自己的英文能力。

加拿大的大学在招生时主要考察学生的11和12年级的成绩和省考成绩。另外，国际留学生还需要注意，部分著名加拿大大学会特别说明学生需要跳出ESL课程2-3年才不需要提供额外的语言成绩。因此，在准备申请时，请落实好自己是否需要考托福或雅思，以免之后被要求补充材料，耽误申请。

8-12年级的学生需要有针对性地安排课外活动，主要有以下几个方面：

  1. 课外的ESL语言补习，以期尽快跳出ESL，修读正常课程（10、11、12年级英文）
  2. 暑期课程（修读ESL等课程，通过短期强化在下一学年进入下一等级）

 *有资格在萨省申请的工作经验包括：校内工作，校外工作，实习（co-op）学期，学校认可的研究生奖       学金（助教、助研），或是在持有工签后获得的工作经验。

3）你申请并收到了毕业后工签。

4）萨省雇主给你提供一份有效的，永久的，全职的工作，工作类别在NOC的A，B，0类；或者该工作要求要有高等教育，且和你的学习领域相关。

5）如果你的工作offer属于NOC C类，语言最低要达到CLB 4的水平

6）持有有效的SINP工作许可证

 

加拿大其他省学校毕业生移民申请条件(最新）

1）持有萨省认证的加拿大高等教育机构的证书，文凭或学位。学习时间至少有一学年（8个月）。

2）毕业取得工签后在萨省连续带薪工作6个月（至少960小时）。

*在萨省取得的合资格工作经验只包括通过毕业后工签积累的工作经验。

4）如果职业属于萨省受行业规范的职业，则必须得到萨省相关行业机构的认证；
5）萨省雇主提供长期，全职雇主offer，通过萨省雇主担保资格批准信JAL  ，职业是NOC O，A，B类别

备注：无雇主省提名传统类别和无雇主省提名EE类别的总分都是100分，通过分都是60分，但是如果申请EE类别，除了达到萨省省提名的60分，还要满足联邦的67分。对于无雇主传统类别和无雇主EE类别评分标准基本相同，只有语言加分项有细微差别，无雇主传统类别的申请人雅思达到CLB4可以加12分，但是在EE类别中无法加分。

曼尼托巴省(Manitoba ，简称曼省 )位于加拿大中心地区，是加拿大中部草原三省之一，是加拿大中南部的一个重要省份，素有“加拿大阳光之都”的美誉。曼省(Manitoba）气候四季分明，冬季气候较冷，夏季温暖，6-8月的午后平均温度为25℃，而在冬季白天的气温一般在0℃以上。曼省(Manitoba）东靠安大略省，南接美国，西临温哥华，省会温尼泊（Winnipeg）是这两个城市之间最大的集散中心。

曼省面积为649,950平方公里，是加拿大的第五大省，官方语言主要为英语。曼省人口118.67万（2007年最新数据），其中外来移民人口达到151,230人，移民人口占曼省人口的13.34%，截止到2006年，曼省人口来源国已超过 100 个国家。

曼省一半以上的省民居住在首府城市 – 温尼伯（Winnipeg），温尼伯(Winnipeg city)是加拿大第七大城市，人口约有64万（2006年数据），是加拿大最大的谷物市场和重要的牲畜贸易中心。曼省的支柱产业为制造业，其次是农业、建筑、水电和采矿业。

曼省省提名技术移民分为曼省国际留学毕业生类别和曼省技术工人移民这两大类别

一般我们说的曼省留学移民项目主要是指：曼省国际留学毕业生类别International Education Stream （IES）和曼省境内技术工人类别Skilled Worker in Manitoba Stream （SWM）。

曼省留学生类别 International Education Stream (IES)

该类别要求曼省的毕业生，完成一年以上的曼省留学课程后，获得一年曼省紧缺职业的雇主offer，雅思达到4个6分，则可以直接递交移民申请（不需要工作经验，周期非常快）；如果获得曼省硕博学位，并且参加了曼省Mitacs的Accelerate或Elevate任一实习项目（Mitacs是一个全国性的非盈利组织，在大学和企业之间建立伙伴关系，并从曼省政府获得活动资金）则不需要找到雇主offer可以直接移民。

职业就业类 Career Employment Pathway

申请条件:

过去3年中，在曼省完成1年课程，毕业3年内申请

英语CLB7( 雅思4个6)

曼省至少一年、与专业相关、紧缺职业的雇主 offer

硕博留学生实习类 Graduate Internship Pathway

申请条件:

曼省硕博学位，毕业3年内申请

英语CLB7( 雅思4个6)

在曼省完成Mitacs组织提供的企业实习，不需要雇主 offer

留学生企业家类 Student Entrepreneur Pathway

申请条件:

21-35周岁

曼省2年全日制学习，不限制毕业年限

英语CLB7 (雅思4个6）

在曼省持工签创业6个月，占51%以上股份

曼省境内技术工人类别Skilled Worker in Manitoba Stream （SWM）

曼省留学的申请人毕业后移民申请条件：

1. 语言要求：NOC 0, A, or B 的职业类别：CLB 5 （雅思G类听读写说5 4 5 5）

2. 工作时间要求：

曼省留学毕业生毕业后找到紧缺职业, 但并不与所学专业相关的毕业生，需从事持续6个月曼省紧缺职业工作才能申请

Manitoba Graduates in occupations on Manitoba’s published In-demand Occupations list who have worked a minimum of 6 months in Manitoba (the job is not necessarily related to your field of study);

如果从事工作为非曼省紧缺职业，需要至少工作12个月后申请

International Students: Manitoba Graduates in occupations not on Manitoba’s published In-demand Occupations list who have worked a minimum of 12 months in Manitoba.

3. 获得曼省雇主（雇主必须满足一定的条件） 的永久全职职位的聘书

外省毕业的留学生申请条件

如果是在其他省毕业的留学生，需要持工签在曼省紧缺职业上工作12个月才可以

Requirements for International Students from other provinces: If you graduated from a post-secondary program in another Canadian province and want to apply to the MPNP for Skilled Workers under this category because you’ve been offered a job in Manitoba, to be eligible you must first have been working for that Manitoba employer for at least one year.

新未来持牌移民顾问：该类别要求读最少一年课程后,  需要工作半年（曼省紧缺职业）或1年（非曼省紧缺职业）才能递交申请。这就意味着，申请人一毕业必须马上找工作，工作半年后（曼省紧缺职业）提交申请，省提名一般6个月左右。因此只读一年课程，只拿一年的毕业工签，时间非常紧张。该类别建议读2年或以上课程，获得3年毕业后工签比较妥当。

曼省留学移民一般流程和周期

  • 申请旅游签证
  • 前往加拿大读语言（2-5个月），申请学签-旅游签转学签（1-2个月）
  • 入读专业课程（12个月左右）
  • 毕业后找到曼省紧缺职业的雇主offer（或获得了曼省硕博学位）；同时雅思达到4个6分，不需工作经验直接申请。（移民平均审理时间18个月左右）

留学+移民，总共周期大概三年左右拿到移民身份。
