据加拿大《世界日报》报道，加拿大移民部宣布，专为加国及国际青年提供海外工作与生活体验机会的“加拿大国际经验”(IEC)新年度配额24日开放，加拿大与全球32个国家及地区签署这项互惠协议，有意体验海外生活或打工度假的青年不妨多多利用。

联邦移民部宣布，“加拿大国际经验”项目2015年度配额24日起开放申请，有意到海外体验不同生活方式的青年可到移民部网站了解详情，并提出申请。

移民部指出，IEC共有三大类别：一是打工度假(Working Holiday);二是专业青年(Young Professionals);三是国际合作实习(International Co-operation Internship)。加拿大与全球32个国家及地区签署这项互惠协议，以利双边交流。（>>>立即咨询）

值得注意的是今年申请人除了缴纳150加元参加费(participation fee)外，申请打工度假“开放工签”(open work permit)者，还需额外支付100加元签证费。

申请“专业青年”与“国际合作实习”签证到加拿大的海外青年，若需“指定雇主工签”(employer-specific work permits)，其雇主需先向移民部递交所需的聘雇信息，并缴纳每人230加元的“雇主规费”(employer compliance fee)。申请人只要缴纳150加元参加费即可。

Notice – Promoting Reciprocal Agreements through International Experience Canada

Ottawa, February 24, 2015 — International Experience Canada (IEC) is opening its doors today for the 2015 season. IEC provides young individuals the opportunity to travel and work in Canada. IEC is also available for Canadian youth who want to travel and work abroad.

Canada has reciprocal agreements with 32 countries and territories. In the coming weeks, Canada and its youth mobility exchange counterparts will begin opening their programs. Please check the CIC website to find country opening dates as they become available.

IEC has three streams; Working Holiday, Young Professionals and International Co-operation Internship. Visit the IEC section for more information on the three streams available to Canadian and foreign youth.

Please note that starting this year, in addition to the $150 participation fee, a new fee of $100 will be introduced specifically for open work permits delivered to Working Holiday applicants.

Foreign youth coming to Canada in the International Co-op and Young Professionals categories receive employer-specific work permits. In these cases, their employers must submit the required employment information, along with the new $230 employer compliance fee to CIC before the foreign youth can apply for a work permit. These IEC applicants are still required to pay the $150 IEC participation fee with their application.

2015安省大学申请流程父母必读

安省的大学申请网站每年固定于10月1日正式开放，因为各个学校的原因，私立学校可能10月中旬就开始发放学生申请大学的Code，公立学校一般到11月初也会将code发到每一位学生手中，这就意味着一年一度的大学申请正式开始。据数据显示，从1971年到2008年间，OUAC（OntarioUniversity Application Centre）共计处理了380万个学生的申请要求，绝大部分学生都申请了不止一所学校，所以整个申请数量超过1160万。

加拿大的本土高中生如何申请大学成为热门话题。以下是加拿大本地高中生就自己的情况谈的申请大学的注意事项：

一、大学申请流程

1、应届12年级高中生、非应届生但离开学校不超过7个月、在本年底之前收到安省高中毕业证加上4门4U/M课程的学生都可以申请大学。

2、每个学生都会收到学校给的大学申请注册号（ApplicationAccess Code）。记住，这是安省大学网上申请唯一通道，学生一定要记住并且保存好这个号码，以备在未来申请过程中随时用得上。

3、学生进入到www.ouac.on.ca网站上去，可以先对大学做一些基本研究然后再选择自己心仪的大学。加拿大公民（Citizen）或者加拿大永久居民(permanent Resident)的学生填写101 online application form，非居民或公民的学生填写105 online application form作为国际学生来申请。这个表格比较简单，只是填写一些学生基本的资料和自己想要申请的专业，申请提交之后，一般一到两个星期之内，学校会发详细的申请要求到每位学生提供的邮箱里。

4、至关重要的申请。学生一定要根据各个大学不同的要求有针对性地提交自己的资料，分门别类撰写学校要求的论文。每个学校对于论文的要求不一样，学生要做的工作也不一样，但全力以赴地准备，这是对每一个申请学生最基本的要求。详细的申请资料提交之后，学生要做的工作似乎基本完成，只等着学校的通知，是给Offer或者给Refusal Letter。学生选择接受最心仪大学最喜欢专业的Offer。

二、大学申请的专业要求

1、申请者需要提交的课程成绩。在加拿大高中生上大学没有高考，全凭11年级和12年级的成绩。每所大学根据不同的学科对申请者提出不同的要求，一般高中申请大学需要提交6门12年级的成级（4U/M的课程），其中12年级英语是必须的，剩下的五门课，不同的专业有不同的要求，举例来说，如果想申请多大机械工程专业，除12年级英语外，还要求MHF4U （AdvancedFunctions，主要是学函数及其图像）MCV4U （向量）SCH4U （化学），SPH4U （物理）；还有一科你可以自由选择，如你音乐很好，可以选一门12年级的音乐课，这样就能在这门课上拿到高分。

2、录取分数的确定。其实，在加拿大申请大学并没有严格的录取分数的要求。举例来说，多大要求提交的6门课每门最低分必须达到70，然后根据不同的科目给出不同的平均分要求，比如机械工程，要求平均mid-80s，就是说85左右，一般超过这个分数就比较保险，今年的universityfair上问了一下，据说去年的是从86分cut的，即去年机械工程收的学生的最低平均分是86分。所以选一门或几门好拿分的课可以很好地拉高平均分。一般而言，大学要求提交成绩的科目除英语外还会要求2-3科，只有少数专业（如工程）会要求4科，所以大家还是有较大的选择性的。不同的学校或专业平均分的算法不一样，一般是：（12年级英语+几门专业+其余最高分）除以6。也有（12年级英语+5门最高分）除以6的。总而言之，12年级英语是必不可少的。

3、其它硬指标。大多地区的高中毕业没有省考，所以申请大学的平时成绩就很重要，但安省申请大学除了成绩之外还是有硬指标的。9年级全省数学的EQAO考试，10年级全省英文统考、40个小时以上的义工，过硬的推荐信都是硬指标。还有，对于申请商科的学生来说，领导能力的体现也至关重要。

三、必须牢记的大学申请的重要日期

每年大学申请的日期可能会有些微调整，这里主要讲的2014-2015年度大学申请时间表。

2014年8月至12月

8月末开始，TheeINFO 网站就开始激活，学生可以去网站上做一些研究。

9月19-21日，安省21所大学联展（theOntario Universities’ Fair）。强烈建议11年级、12年级的学生一定要参加这个活动，因为在这里可以面对面提问，获得第一手详尽的大学申请信息，缺点就是，每年参加这个活动的学生和家长都非常多，需要有好的体力才能坚持一整天。

9月到11月，各个大学还会安排自己学校的开放日（OpenHouse），家长和学生可以去各大学校实地参观和考察，具体时间表OUAC网站上都有详细的记载。

11月底之前，学生就会陆续从学校收到申请代码(ApplicationAccess Code Letter)，上面包含了学校代码（Schoolnumber）、学生代码（StudentNumber）和临时密码，学生就可以凭借这些信息到OUAC网站上去申请大学。所以一般来所，12年级的这个圣诞节假期对于要申请大学的学生来说很关键。

2015年1月至8月

1月14日，提交申请给OUAC的最后期限。当然，在这个日期之后，OUAC仍然会接受申请。但必须要提请注意的是，有些大学对于申请是有严格的期限要求。

1月22日，安省各大学收到学生在1月14日之前提交的申请。

2月3日，学生们提交所有正确的修改好的申请信息给OUAC，这是为提前录取做好准备，OUAC将及时发放提前录取的Offer给相关学生。注意：这不是最后期限，OUAC仍然接受学生提交的任何修改信息，为常规录取做准备。

3月5日，安省各大学收到学生12年级第一学期所有的成绩。

5月5日，安省各大学收到学生12年级第二学期期中考试的成绩。

5月28日，这是知道自己是否被大学录取的最后期限。这包括：录取信、拒绝信或者延期信（等待学生提交更多的信息）。过了这一天仍然没有收到任何Offer的学生，意味着没有被大学录取。但自6月初到8月间，安省大学申请信息服务机构（TheAdmission Information Service）允许学生查看哪些大学哪些专业仍然有位置，这样就给没有收到大学录取通知的学生第二次机会去申请这些专业。

6月1日，学生开始回复学校接受OFFER与否。

7月16日，OUAC提交学生所有12年级的成绩给各大学。

8月狂欢，为9月进入大学做准备。

 

四、大学申请的语言要求和费用

如果学生在进入大学前接受加拿大英语教育不足4年的，必须提交雅思或托福成绩，不同的学校、专业要求分数也不同。一般大学要求雅思成绩为6.5，也有一部分大学的特殊专业雅思要求达到7或7.5。还有些大学自己组织英语入学考试，比如多大，如果学生没有托福或雅思成绩也可以直接参加大学组织的入学考试，但这些考试只有组织的大学自己承认。在这里有2年高中学习的经验，考个雅思或托福很容易，建议考个雅思或者托福，有了这个成绩学生可以申请好多大学，提交托福或雅思成绩的最迟时间是3月底。

 

所有大学的申请费用都不能退款。基础的申请费用是$140，这包括三所大学的申请费用。国际邮寄费用$10，这用来邮寄Offer给加拿大以外的地址。另外，学生多申请一个专业加收$47。在加拿大学生可以申请的大学和专业没有数目限制，但必须要注意的是每所大学只能申请三个专业，有些大学有更为严格的要求。

 

五、温馨提醒给家有高中生的家长

1、提前录取不意味着万事大吉。一般来说，申请大学是从11月份开始，在次年2月，提前录取的学生就会收到Offer。在申请时第一学期还未结束，所以需要用学生的期中成绩申请，有些12年级的课如果还没有上，大学就会看该科目对应的11年级成绩，如果11年级成绩特别优秀，有可能会被提前录取。但父母们一定要注意，提前录取不意味着真正录取，有些学生在接到Offer之后以为万事大吉，不再好好学习，结果12年级的成绩不太理想，最后被大学拒绝录取，所以千万不能掉以轻心。毕竟，提前录取的Offer都是有Condition的。

2、让孩子自己选择很重要。在北美上大学不是一件轻松的事情，在大学申请的过程中，父母可以给孩子以引导性意见，但不能强制孩子接受。实话实说，不是律师、医生才是最好的职业，孩子喜欢的愿意为之长期努力的才是最好的职业。
3、214-2015年度大学申请的变化。有的学生一门课修过两次，有些大学是承认高分的，但有些大学比如多大的商业和工程只认第一次的分数，这一点学生和家长都要引起注意。听正在申请大学的学生介绍，今年大学申请有所调整，以前只有少数的大学需要在申请过程中制作Video，但2014-2015年度很多大学都提出了这个要求，这对于申请学生来说也是个不小的挑战，建议学生尽早准备，如果有问题，要尽快寻求帮助。
4、早作准备，未雨绸缪。对于12年级的学生来说，时间紧迫，早准备至关重要，比如推荐信啥的，最好早早准备好。对于一些有时间要求的论文，最好提前准备细节资料，以免在一个小时时间里发挥不出自己最好的水平，造成与自己心仪专业擦肩而过的遗憾。

众所周知，大学申请首先看的是11年级的成绩单，所以，从某种意义上来说，大学申请应该从11年级就开始了。学生要从11年级开始保护自己的成绩，对于一些社会活动，11年级也要抽出时间多做一些，不要等到12年级所有的事情都集中在一起再做就晚了。

 

5、成绩依然是硬指标。不止一次地听说，加拿大申请大学成绩不是最重要，社会活动才是最重要的，这其实是走入了一个误区。对，社会活动非常重要，这是对孩子社交能力的一个总体评价，但实际上来说，成绩才是硬指标。无论是在大学申请阶段还是以后进入大学学习，成绩分数依然最为重要。

菲沙2015年安省中学排名完整名单

2015年安省中学排名 

加拿大权威机构菲沙研究所（4月19日）公布了2015年度安省中学排名，该排名是根据7学术指标来综合评分，包括安省年度读写和数学技能考核的数据，排名第一获得10分满分的是渥太华的一间首度上榜的Minto中学（Centre professionnel et technique Minto Catholic），它是一间法语天主教中学，专注于职业培训的中学。

今年的排名一共包括安省749间中学，不但包括安省公校级天主教中学，还有一些私立高中也加入。例如排名第二的是加拿大久负盛名的私立女校-海福格尔学院（Havergal College），今年首度参与便获得9.4分的高分。

而公校及天主教中学中，约克区（包括列治文山及万锦市）的中学成绩非常特出，华人聚居处的中学的今年成绩普遍优异，排名前列。

例如，传统名校湾景中学（Bayview S.S）今年继续取得非常优异的成绩，以9.2分排在第4位。而万锦市的Marville中学今年继续一鸣惊人，同样以9.2分排在与湾景中学并列第四。

万锦的特鲁多中学（Pierre Elliott Trudeau）、於人村中学（Unionville）、Bur Oak中学以及列治文山中学（Richmond Hill High School）今年的成绩都是8.9分，排列排在第9位。

多伦多的传统名校圣迈克尔合唱团天主教中学（    St Michael’s Choir）今年得分是8.8分，排在17名。另一传统名校Earl Haig中学与康山的St Robert天主教中学同得8.5分，排在29名。

士嘉堡的白求恩中学（Dr Norman Bethune）今年的得分是7.8分，排名86位。爱静阁中学（Agincourt）、万锦中学（Markham District）以及康山中学（Thornhill S.S）今年得分都是7.6分，并列排在119位。

加拿大联邦政府不设教育部，教育由各省负责。由于加拿大地域广阔，各省之间经济发展水平差别较大, 各省建立了适合本地发展、相对独立的教育体制。加拿大高等教育总体上保持了较高的水准，每年吸引众多国际学生前往求学和深造。

加拿大政府认可的高等教育机构主要分为大学和学院。绝大多数大学都是公立的。攻读本科一般需要3-4年时间，硕士研究生需要1-2年，博士研究生需要3年。各类学院侧重培养应用型专业技术人才，一般提供大专文凭和各种证书课程，学制2至3年，不颁发学位；部分学校也开设学制1至2年的课程，完成学业后可转入正规大学二、三年级继续攻读本科课程。

萨省简介

萨斯喀彻温省（简称萨省，Saskatchewan）被誉为加拿大的“产粮之篮”，以牧场和麦田而闻名。萨省位于加拿大中心地带，东西与曼尼托巴省和阿尔伯塔省为邻，南部与美国的蒙太拿州和北达科他州接壤。萨省的气候比较干燥，各地区差异较大，夏季夏季温暖,冬季寒冷，但是日照充足。萨省是北美受日照最多的地区之一。

萨省是世界上著名的能源和矿产大省，其钾盐储量占世界储量的三分之二。该省拥有的 铀矿占全世界约17%、全加拿大78%的储量，且钾盐矿和铀矿的品位是全世界最高的。它同时拥有全世界面积最大的金伯利岩（含金钢石）岩体以及其它大量金属矿藏。萨省是加拿大除阿尔伯塔省以外石油资源最丰富的省份，其天然气储量约有693亿立方米,还有极为丰富的农业和森林资源。萨省的耕地面积约占加拿大的 40%，萨省的小麦、生猪及农用播种机械等产品的出口量居世界的前三位。

2. 萨省无雇主省提名传统类别申请条件

萨省无雇主类别与萨省EE类别的申请相似，只是申请人不须进入EE系统，只需在萨省省提名的评分系统中获得60分以上的分数即可。

3. 萨省经验类毕业生移民

 

萨省本省学校毕业生移民申请条件

1）持有萨省认证的省内高等教育机构的证书，文凭或学位。学习时间至少有全日制一学年（8个月）。

2）至少在萨省有偿工作6个月（最少960小时）。

 *有资格在萨省申请的工作经验包括：校内工作，校外工作，实习（co-op）学期，学校认可的研究生奖       学金（助教、助研），或是在持有工签后获得的工作经验。

3）你申请并收到了毕业后工签。

4）萨省雇主给你提供一份有效的，永久的，全职的工作，工作类别在NOC的A，B，0类；或者该工作要求要有高等教育，且和你的学习领域相关。

5）如果你的工作offer属于NOC C类，语言最低要达到CLB 4的水平

6）持有有效的SINP工作许可证

 

加拿大其他省学校毕业生移民申请条件(最新）

1）持有萨省认证的加拿大高等教育机构的证书，文凭或学位。学习时间至少有一学年（8个月）。

2）毕业取得工签后在萨省连续带薪工作6个月（至少960小时）。

*在萨省取得的合资格工作经验只包括通过毕业后工签积累的工作经验。

3）你申请并收到了毕业后工签。

4）萨萨省雇主给你提供一份有效的，永久的，全职的工作，工作类别在NOC的A，B，0类；或者该工作要求要有高等教育，且和你的学习领域相关。.

5）如果你的工作offer属于NOC C类，语言最低要达到CLB 4的水平

6）持有有效的SINP工作许可证

4. 萨省雇主担保类别

1）满足萨省评分标准 100 分里的 60 分；
2）近10年内有1年与相关职业的工作经验（不强制要求专业相关，相关工作经验越近越好，要提供社保税单）；
3）英语至少达到CLB 4 水平(雅思G类听读写说 4.5， 3.5， 4.，4），有些雇主和行业的要求可能会更高；
4）如果职业属于萨省受行业规范的职业，则必须得到萨省相关行业机构的认证；
5）萨省雇主提供长期，全职雇主offer，通过萨省雇主担保资格批准信JAL  ，职业是NOC O，A，B类别

附录 1：2015年 萨省无雇主传统类别和无雇主EE类别评分标准 

备注：无雇主省提名传统类别和无雇主省提名EE类别的总分都是100分，通过分都是60分，但是如果申请EE类别，除了达到萨省省提名的60分，还要满足联邦的67分。对于无雇主传统类别和无雇主EE类别评分标准基本相同，只有语言加分项有细微差别，无雇主传统类别的申请人雅思达到CLB4可以加12分，但是在EE类别中无法加分。
