IEC「加拿大國際經驗」項目

據加拿大《世界日報》報道，加拿大移民部宣布，專為加國及國際青年提供海外工作與生活體驗機會的「加拿大國際經驗」(IEC)新年度配額24日開放，加拿大與全球32個國家及地區簽署這項互惠協議，有意體驗海外生活或打工度假的青年不妨多多利用。

聯邦移民部宣布，「加拿大國際經驗」項目2015年度配額24日起開放申請，有意到海外體驗不同生活方式的青年可到移民部網站了解詳情，並提出申請。

移民部指出，IEC共有三大類別：一是打工度假(Working Holiday);二是專業青年(Young Professionals);三是國際合作實習(International Co-operation Internship)。加拿大與全球32個國家及地區簽署這項互惠協議，以利雙邊交流。（>>>立即諮詢）

值得注意的是今年申請人除了繳納150加元參加費(participation fee)外，申請打工度假「開放工簽」(open work permit)者，還需額外支付100加元簽證費。

申請「專業青年」與「國際合作實習」簽證到加拿大的海外青年，若需「指定僱主工簽」(employer-specific work permits)，其僱主需先向移民部遞交所需的聘僱信息，並繳納每人230加元的「僱主規費」(employer compliance fee)。申請人只要繳納150加元參加費即可。

Notice – Promoting Reciprocal Agreements through International Experience Canada

Ottawa, February 24, 2015 — International Experience Canada (IEC) is opening its doors today for the 2015 season. IEC provides young individuals the opportunity to travel and work in Canada. IEC is also available for Canadian youth who want to travel and work abroad.

Canada has reciprocal agreements with 32 countries and territories. In the coming weeks, Canada and its youth mobility exchange counterparts will begin opening their programs. Please check the CIC website to find country opening dates as they become available.

IEC has three streams; Working Holiday, Young Professionals and International Co-operation Internship. Visit the IEC section for more information on the three streams available to Canadian and foreign youth.

Please note that starting this year, in addition to the $150 participation fee, a new fee of $100 will be introduced specifically for open work permits delivered to Working Holiday applicants.

Foreign youth coming to Canada in the International Co-op and Young Professionals categories receive employer-specific work permits. In these cases, their employers must submit the required employment information, along with the new $230 employer compliance fee to CIC before the foreign youth can apply for a work permit. These IEC applicants are still required to pay the $150 IEC participation fee with their application.

2015安省大學申請流程父母必讀

安省的大學申請網站每年固定於10月1日正式開放，因為各個學校的原因，私立學校可能10月中旬就開始發放學生申請大學的Code，公立學校一般到11月初也會將code發到每一位學生手中，這就意味著一年一度的大學申請正式開始。據數據顯示，從1971年到2008年間，OUAC（OntarioUniversity Application Centre）共計處理了380萬個學生的申請要求，絕大部分學生都申請了不止一所學校，所以整個申請數量超過1160萬。

加拿大的本土高中生如何申請大學成為熱門話題。以下是加拿大本地高中生就自己的情況談的申請大學的注意事項：

一、大學申請流程

1、應屆12年級高中生、非應屆生但離開學校不超過7個月、在本年底之前收到安省高中畢業證加上4門4U/M課程的學生都可以申請大學。

2、每個學生都會收到學校給的大學申請註冊號（ApplicationAccess Code）。記住，這是安省大學網上申請唯一通道，學生一定要記住並且保存好這個號碼，以備在未來申請過程中隨時用得上。

3、學生進入到www.ouac.on.ca網站上去，可以先對大學做一些基本研究然後再選擇自己心儀的大學。加拿大公民（Citizen）或者加拿大永久居民(permanent Resident)的學生填寫101 online application form，非居民或公民的學生填寫105 online application form作為國際學生來申請。這個表格比較簡單，只是填寫一些學生基本的資料和自己想要申請的專業，申請提交之後，一般一到兩個星期之內，學校會發詳細的申請要求到每位學生提供的郵箱里。

4、至關重要的申請。學生一定要根據各個大學不同的要求有針對性地提交自己的資料，分門別類撰寫學校要求的論文。每個學校對於論文的要求不一樣，學生要做的工作也不一樣，但全力以赴地準備，這是對每一個申請學生最基本的要求。詳細的申請資料提交之後，學生要做的工作似乎基本完成，只等著學校的通知，是給Offer或者給Refusal Letter。學生選擇接受最心儀大學最喜歡專業的Offer。

二、大學申請的專業要求

1、申請者需要提交的課程成績。在加拿大高中生上大學沒有高考，全憑11年級和12年級的成績。每所大學根據不同的學科對申請者提出不同的要求，一般高中申請大學需要提交6門12年級的成級（4U/M的課程），其中12年級英語是必須的，剩下的五門課，不同的專業有不同的要求，舉例來說，如果想申請多大機械工程專業，除12年級英語外，還要求MHF4U （AdvancedFunctions，主要是學函數及其圖像）MCV4U （向量）SCH4U （化學），SPH4U （物理）；還有一科你可以自由選擇，如你音樂很好，可以選一門12年級的音樂課，這樣就能在這門課上拿到高分。

2、錄取分數的確定。其實，在加拿大申請大學並沒有嚴格的錄取分數的要求。舉例來說，多大要求提交的6門課每門最低分必須達到70，然後根據不同的科目給出不同的平均分要求，比如機械工程，要求平均mid-80s，就是說85左右，一般超過這個分數就比較保險，今年的universityfair上問了一下，據說去年的是從86分cut的，即去年機械工程收的學生的最低平均分是86分。所以選一門或幾門好拿分的課可以很好地拉高平均分。一般而言，大學要求提交成績的科目除英語外還會要求2-3科，只有少數專業（如工程）會要求4科，所以大家還是有較大的選擇性的。不同的學校或專業平均分的演算法不一樣，一般是：（12年級英語+幾門專業+其餘最高分）除以6。也有（12年級英語+5門最高分）除以6的。總而言之，12年級英語是必不可少的。

3、其它硬指標。大多地區的高中畢業沒有省考，所以申請大學的平時成績就很重要，但安省申請大學除了成績之外還是有硬指標的。9年級全省數學的EQAO考試，10年級全省英文統考、40個小時以上的義工，過硬的推薦信都是硬指標。還有，對於申請商科的學生來說，領導能力的體現也至關重要。

三、必須牢記的大學申請的重要日期

每年大學申請的日期可能會有些微調整，這裡主要講的2014-2015年度大學申請時間表。

2014年8月至12月

8月末開始，TheeINFO 網站就開始激活，學生可以去網站上做一些研究。

9月19-21日，安省21所大學聯展（theOntario Universities』 Fair）。強烈建議11年級、12年級的學生一定要參加這個活動，因為在這裡可以面對面提問，獲得第一手詳盡的大學申請信息，缺點就是，每年參加這個活動的學生和家長都非常多，需要有好的體力才能堅持一整天。

9月到11月，各個大學還會安排自己學校的開放日（OpenHouse），家長和學生可以去各大學校實地參觀和考察，具體時間表OUAC網站上都有詳細的記載。

11月底之前，學生就會陸續從學校收到申請代碼(ApplicationAccess Code Letter)，上面包含了學校代碼（Schoolnumber）、學生代碼（StudentNumber）和臨時密碼，學生就可以憑藉這些信息到OUAC網站上去申請大學。所以一般來所，12年級的這個聖誕節假期對於要申請大學的學生來說很關鍵。

2015年1月至8月

1月14日，提交申請給OUAC的最後期限。當然，在這個日期之後，OUAC仍然會接受申請。但必須要提請注意的是，有些大學對於申請是有嚴格的期限要求。

1月22日，安省各大學收到學生在1月14日之前提交的申請。

2月3日，學生們提交所有正確的修改好的申請信息給OUAC，這是為提前錄取做好準備，OUAC將及時發放提前錄取的Offer給相關學生。注意：這不是最後期限，OUAC仍然接受學生提交的任何修改信息，為常規錄取做準備。

3月5日，安省各大學收到學生12年級第一學期所有的成績。

5月5日，安省各大學收到學生12年級第二學期期中考試的成績。

5月28日，這是知道自己是否被大學錄取的最後期限。這包括：錄取信、拒絕信或者延期信（等待學生提交更多的信息）。過了這一天仍然沒有收到任何Offer的學生，意味著沒有被大學錄取。但自6月初到8月間，安省大學申請信息服務機構（TheAdmission Information Service）允許學生查看哪些大學哪些專業仍然有位置，這樣就給沒有收到大學錄取通知的學生第二次機會去申請這些專業。

6月1日，學生開始回復學校接受OFFER與否。

7月16日，OUAC提交學生所有12年級的成績給各大學。

8月狂歡，為9月進入大學做準備。

 

四、大學申請的語言要求和費用

如果學生在進入大學前接受加拿大英語教育不足4年的，必須提交雅思或托福成績，不同的學校、專業要求分數也不同。一般大學要求雅思成績為6.5，也有一部分大學的特殊專業雅思要求達到7或7.5。還有些大學自己組織英語入學考試，比如多大，如果學生沒有托福或雅思成績也可以直接參加大學組織的入學考試，但這些考試只有組織的大學自己承認。在這裡有2年高中學習的經驗，考個雅思或托福很容易，建議考個雅思或者托福，有了這個成績學生可以申請好多大學，提交託福或雅思成績的最遲時間是3月底。

 

所有大學的申請費用都不能退款。基礎的申請費用是$140，這包括三所大學的申請費用。國際郵寄費用$10，這用來郵寄Offer給加拿大以外的地址。另外，學生多申請一個專業加收$47。在加拿大學生可以申請的大學和專業沒有數目限制，但必須要注意的是每所大學只能申請三個專業，有些大學有更為嚴格的要求。

 

五、溫馨提醒給家有高中生的家長

1、提前錄取不意味著萬事大吉。一般來說，申請大學是從11月份開始，在次年2月，提前錄取的學生就會收到Offer。在申請時第一學期還未結束，所以需要用學生的期中成績申請，有些12年級的課如果還沒有上，大學就會看該科目對應的11年級成績，如果11年級成績特別優秀，有可能會被提前錄取。但父母們一定要注意，提前錄取不意味著真正錄取，有些學生在接到Offer之後以為萬事大吉，不再好好學習，結果12年級的成績不太理想，最後被大學拒絕錄取，所以千萬不能掉以輕心。畢竟，提前錄取的Offer都是有Condition的。

2、讓孩子自己選擇很重要。在北美上大學不是一件輕鬆的事情，在大學申請的過程中，父母可以給孩子以引導性意見，但不能強制孩子接受。實話實說，不是律師、醫生才是最好的職業，孩子喜歡的願意為之長期努力的才是最好的職業。
3、214-2015年度大學申請的變化。有的學生一門課修過兩次，有些大學是承認高分的，但有些大學比如多大的商業和工程只認第一次的分數，這一點學生和家長都要引起注意。聽正在申請大學的學生介紹，今年大學申請有所調整，以前只有少數的大學需要在申請過程中製作Video，但2014-2015年度很多大學都提出了這個要求，這對於申請學生來說也是個不小的挑戰，建議學生儘早準備，如果有問題，要儘快尋求幫助。
4、早作準備，未雨綢繆。對於12年級的學生來說，時間緊迫，早準備至關重要，比如推薦信啥的，最好早早準備好。對於一些有時間要求的論文，最好提前準備細節資料，以免在一個小時時間裡發揮不出自己最好的水平，造成與自己心儀專業擦肩而過的遺憾。

眾所周知，大學申請首先看的是11年級的成績單，所以，從某種意義上來說，大學申請應該從11年級就開始了。學生要從11年級開始保護自己的成績，對於一些社會活動，11年級也要抽出時間多做一些，不要等到12年級所有的事情都集中在一起再做就晚了。

 

5、成績依然是硬指標。不止一次地聽說，加拿大申請大學成績不是最重要，社會活動才是最重要的，這其實是走入了一個誤區。對，社會活動非常重要，這是對孩子社交能力的一個總體評價，但實際上來說，成績才是硬指標。無論是在大學申請階段還是以後進入大學學習，成績分數依然最為重要。

2015年安省中學排名 

加拿大權威機構菲沙研究所（4月19日）公布了2015年度安省中學排名，該排名是根據7學術指標來綜合評分，包括安省年度讀寫和數學技能考核的數據，排名第一獲得10分滿分的是渥太華的一間首度上榜的Minto中學（Centre professionnel et technique Minto Catholic），它是一間法語天主教中學，專註於職業培訓的中學。

今年的排名一共包括安省749間中學，不但包括安省公校級天主教中學，還有一些私立高中也加入。例如排名第二的是加拿大久負盛名的私立女校-海福格爾學院（Havergal College），今年首度參與便獲得9.4分的高分。

而公校及天主教中學中，約克區（包括列治文山及萬錦市）的中學成績非常特出，華人聚居處的中學的今年成績普遍優異，排名前列。

例如，傳統名校灣景中學（Bayview S.S）今年繼續取得非常優異的成績，以9.2分排在第4位。而萬錦市的Marville中學今年繼續一鳴驚人，同樣以9.2分排在與灣景中學並列第四。

萬錦的特魯多中學（Pierre Elliott Trudeau）、於人村中學（Unionville）、Bur Oak中學以及列治文山中學（Richmond Hill High School）今年的成績都是8.9分，排列排在第9位。

多倫多的傳統名校聖邁克爾合唱團天主教中學（    St Michael』s Choir）今年得分是8.8分，排在17名。另一傳統名校Earl Haig中學與康山的St Robert天主教中學同得8.5分，排在29名。

士嘉堡的白求恩中學（Dr Norman Bethune）今年的得分是7.8分，排名86位。愛靜閣中學（Agincourt）、萬錦中學（Markham District）以及康山中學（Thornhill S.S）今年得分都是7.6分，並列排在119位。

加拿大聯邦政府不設教育部，教育由各省負責。由於加拿大地域廣闊，各省之間經濟發展水平差別較大, 各省建立了適合本地發展、相對獨立的教育體制。加拿大高等教育總體上保持了較高的水準，每年吸引眾多國際學生前往求學和深造。

加拿大政府認可的高等教育機構主要分為大學和學院。絕大多數大學都是公立的。攻讀本科一般需要3-4年時間，碩士研究生需要1-2年，博士研究生需要3年。各類學院側重培養應用型專業技術人才，一般提供大專文憑和各種證書課程，學制2至3年，不頒發學位；部分學校也開設學制1至2年的課程，完成學業後可轉入正規大學二、三年級繼續攻讀本科課程。

薩省簡介

薩斯喀徹溫省（簡稱薩省，Saskatchewan）被譽為加拿大的「產糧之籃」，以牧場和麥田而聞名。薩省位於加拿大中心地帶，東西與曼尼托巴省和阿爾伯塔省為鄰，南部與美國的蒙太拿州和北達科他州接壤。薩省的氣候比較乾燥，各地區差異較大，夏季夏季溫暖,冬季寒冷，但是日照充足。薩省是北美受日照最多的地區之一。

1. 薩省無僱主省提名EE類別申請條件

1）符合聯邦EE基本條件，成功進入 EE 候選池，獲得EE檔案號和求職者驗證碼；

2）在薩省省提名的評分系統中獲得60分以上的分數；

3）有至少一年以上的專上教育學歷；

4）具有專業或培訓相關的工作經驗

5) 職業不屬於薩省的不可申請職業列表(Excluded Occupation List)；

2019年9月薩省新政，取消緊缺職業清單，發布了不可申請職業列表，不在該列表上的職業均可該類別移民（文末附不可申請職業列表）

6）如果職業屬於薩省受行業規範的職業，則必須得到薩省相關行業機構的認證；

7) 有足夠的資金支持在薩省的生活開銷

 

2. 薩省無僱主省提名傳統類別申請條件

薩省無僱主類別與薩省EE類別的申請相似，只是申請人不須進入EE系統，只需在薩省省提名的評分系統中獲得60分以上的分數即可。

1). 有最少一年以上的專上教育學歷(需要ECA學歷認證）；

2) 在薩省省提名的評分系統中獲得60分以上的分數；

3）英語至少達到CLB 4 水平，有些行業的要求可能會更高；

4）具有專業或培訓相關的工作經驗
a .近10年內有1年技術職業（non-trades）的工作經歷，或

b. 近5年內有2年技工類（trades）工作經驗，或

c. 近3年內在加拿大工作12個月以上，職業可以是技工或非技工類（trades or non-trades).

5) 職業不屬於薩省的不可申請職業列表(Excluded Occupation List)；

2019年9月薩省新政，取消緊缺職業清單，發布了不可申請職業列表，不在該列表上的職業均可申請該類別移民（文末附不可申請職業列表）

6）如果職業屬於薩省受行業規範的職業，則必須得到薩省相關行業機構的認證；

7) 有足夠的資金支持在薩省的生活開銷。

 

3. 薩省經驗類畢業生移民

 

薩省本省學校畢業生移民申請條件

1）持有薩省認證的省內高等教育機構的證書，文憑或學位。學習時間至少有全日制一學年（8個月）。

2）至少在薩省有償工作6個月（最少960小時）。

 *有資格在薩省申請的工作經驗包括：校內工作，校外工作，實習（co-op）學期，學校認可的研究生獎       學金（助教、助研），或是在持有工簽後獲得的工作經驗。

3）你申請並收到了畢業後工簽。

4）薩省僱主給你提供一份有效的，永久的，全職的工作，工作類別在NOC的A，B，0類；或者該工作要求要有高等教育，且和你的學習領域相關。

5）如果你的工作offer屬於NOC C類，語言最低要達到CLB 4的水平

6）持有有效的SINP工作許可證

 

加拿大其他省學校畢業生移民申請條件(最新）

1）持有薩省認證的加拿大高等教育機構的證書，文憑或學位。學習時間至少有一學年（8個月）。

2）畢業取得工簽後在薩省連續帶薪工作6個月（至少960小時）。

*在薩省取得的合資格工作經驗只包括通過畢業後工簽積累的工作經驗。

3）你申請並收到了畢業後工簽。

4）薩薩省僱主給你提供一份有效的，永久的，全職的工作，工作類別在NOC的A，B，0類；或者該工作要求要有高等教育，且和你的學習領域相關。.

5）如果你的工作offer屬於NOC C類，語言最低要達到CLB 4的水平

6）持有有效的SINP工作許可證

4. 薩省僱主擔保類別

1）滿足薩省評分標準 100 分里的 60 分；
2）近10年內有1年與相關職業的工作經驗（不強制要求專業相關，相關工作經驗越近越好，要提供社保稅單）；
3）英語至少達到CLB 4 水平(雅思G類聽讀寫說 4.5， 3.5， 4.，4），有些僱主和行業的要求可能會更高；
4）如果職業屬於薩省受行業規範的職業，則必須得到薩省相關行業機構的認證；
5）薩省僱主提供長期，全職僱主offer，通過薩省僱主擔保資格批准信JAL  ，職業是NOC O，A，B類別

附錄 1：2015年 薩省無僱主傳統類別和無僱主EE類別評分標準 

備註：無僱主省提名傳統類別和無僱主省提名EE類別的總分都是100分，通過分都是60分，但是如果申請EE類別，除了達到薩省省提名的60分，還要滿足聯邦的67分。對於無僱主傳統類別和無僱主EE類別評分標準基本相同，只有語言加分項有細微差別，無僱主傳統類別的申請人雅思達到CLB4可以加12分，但是在EE類別中無法加分。
